art camp

Libby went to art camp for 3 days last week, that was put on by the city. She loved it! {and so did I!} On the last day they had an art exhibit for the parents. It was so crazy! Libby was so proud of her creations!



P.S.- Thanks for all the congratulations on the baby news! It is so fun getting calls, text, FB post and blog comments on our news. It is all becoming so real that our family is growing. and it's pretty obvious. There is a definite baby bump!  And I have felt the baby more than once! EXCITING. Bring it on week 15!

ANOTHER 

BABY!!!!!!

We are SO excited and couldn't feel more blessed to have baby #2 on the way! This was a "surprise" to us {although having another baby has been on my heart for a while!}, but I am so glad God has picked the perfect timing for us to add another baby to our family. We couldn't be happier! I am due at the end of January. {which makes me 14 weeks... hallelujah! out of the first trimester.}

I have known since the end of May. SOOO... I have been keeping this hidden for a while. Which can get a bit tricky. ;-) {Just wanted to make sure everything was A-OKAY before letting out the news.} We went to the doctor yesterday, and heard the sweet heartbeat again! {and Libby got to hear it too, it was really sweet!}

I am so thankful that the 24/7 nausea and morning night sickness is over {it lasted from about 6 weeks to 12 weeks. It was ROUGH!} My summer definitely hasn't gone as planned, BUT I know it is so worth it!

 Libby is SO SO pumped about being a big sister!!! She asks all that time when the baby will "come out" of my belly button. Hilarious!  This could be a long 6 months for her!

P.S.- Obviously this is why the blog hasn't been very active this summer. computer + nausea don't mix!

the fourth of july

We spent 5 days {libby a whole week!} at the lake last week for the fourth! It was FUN and full of entertainment for the Lib! Libby had a jam packed week... She got to experience her first time ever going to Willow Point day camp for 3 days. It WIPED her out!! She had so much fun though! And she got to play with a lot of her cousins during the week, and we also had a family reunion on my Mom's side at the end of the week. She got to spend an extra night with Sasa on Sunday night too! She has been doing some good sleeping since she got home!
