60 years

We celebrated my Mom's BIG {6-0} birthday in Birmingham! 

We enjoyed a yummy lunch at Little Savannah, then headed to A and A's house for a bit

 before hitting the road back home.

labor day weekend

We headed to the lake for labor day on Sunday!

SO excited about Fall and cooler temps!

the grand hotel

back in march or april, nolen won a trip to the grand hotel in point clear through a charity golf tournament.

{not to mention he came 3 inches from winning a Benz!} 

oh well, i'll take a trip to the grand any day!!

we left thursday and came back saturday. it was so fun and relaxing!

we are trying to soak up all these "free" days before school starts!

we invited the Muncies and Comptons to the lake for a day, then the 4 of us made one last trip before school starts!

scott's antique

I went with my friends Rachel and Amanda to Scott's Antique Market in Atlanta. It was SO fun!

I could spend ALL day in scott's. We got a few things, but I had my eye on these things... 

{and a lot more!}

We also were going crazy over all the antique jewelry!!

ahhh... a little out of the price range though!!

we also hit ikea and a few other stores.

it was a fun girl trip! can't wait to do it again!

meeting carleton

we went to birmingham to meet my {first} precious niece!

she is absolutely adorable. i can't wait to watch these four grow up together!

4th of july

can't believe the fourth has come and gone!

it rained the.whole.time we were at the lake.
