9 months

NINE MONTHS OLD!! I can't believe it.

Sallie is such a SWEET and HAPPY baby. I just love her so much!!

She is crawling EVERYwhere. She is starting to pull up on things too.

She is still sleeping like a champ and eating almost anything I give her.

She went to the doctor this month and was 17lb 1 oz. (30%)

She is still babbling all the time and saying "dadada".

We are working hard on saying "mama"! :)

I couldn't help but take pictures! She was loving it...then she had enough!

And Libby was no where in sight! :)

8 months

Sallie is 8 months old! The months just keep flying by.

She is so fun! She is almost crawling and starting to pull up in her crib.

She didn't have a routine doctors appointment this month, but we did have to make a trip to the doctor for an ear infection! Boo! But she is feeling much better.

She was 16 lbs. at that appointment.

It is getting so hard for her to sit still in her crib, so I've resulted to just getting a picture WHEREVER I can get one!

So here are her 8 month pictures...

I was playing around with my camera one morning, and I thought these pictures were cute of Sallie.

she's ready!

Sallie is getting closer and closer to crawling!!

I'm not exactly excited about this, because it is a different world with a mobile baby!

BUT I think it's so fun to see her grow and learn new things. {tear!}...maybe not!

6 months

half a year????

time is flying!! i can't believe my sallie girl has been here for 6 months!

kind of makes me sad that time is going by so quickly. :-(

HOWEVER, this age is SO fun and I am loving every minute!

she weighed 15 pounds and was 26 inches at her dr. appointment.
35% for weight and 55% for height.
they had to remeasure because she grew so much in two months!

she is sitting up and is very curious and alert.
looks around and tries to grab everything!

she "talks" all the time! says "dadada" {not knowing what it means though}.

she sleeps SO good!!
i knew we would get there!
 {at around 5.5 months she started sleeping 11-12 hours! sometimes 13!}

the biggest thing this month, was that she started eating baby food.
I have been making my own baby food-- thanks to this it has been super easy!

her favorites are pears, bananas, peas, green beans, sweet potatoes...
she really likes everything she has tried!

i put sallie in the sink for her nightly bath, and she loved it!

5 months

my sweet baby is 5 months old!!
hard to believe she has been here for almost HALF a year! she is the sweetest!
she goes with the flow {doesn't have much of a choice}! ;-)

she is looking more and more like her big sister to me. another mini nolen!
she is pretty much sitting up {with a little assistance of course!}

we tried rice cereal twice this month {trying to get her to sleep longer at night}. but we haven't officially started "foods" yet.

she smiles and coos all the time.
she LOVES her big sister! and will turn her head if she hears her voice.

no dr. appointment this month.
she is definitely grown since last month though!
