first day {the details}

Libby is on her 3rd day of being a Kindergartner! I think we are getting to our new normal-- waking up early, going to bed early, packing lunch everyday, sitting in the carpool line for 35-40 minutes, etc. I'd say school has been a SUCCESS so far. Her teacher is wonderful! She called me Monday night to tell me that Libby had a great first day! I was so proud! {and really impressed that her teacher took the time to call me}!

This is what I got out of her from the first day... "I didn't have time to eat lunch or rest, my favorite was lunch and the playground, I sat next to two boys and Campbell at lunch, I really liked calendar time, and I got to wave to Reese when I was leaving school."

 Can't wait to get more out of her from the week! The stories are always the best!

    What a big girl! Isn't it weird to remember YOUR kindergarten and think that's where Libby is...so big. Hope everyone is doing good and adjusting! Love y'all!
