third annual beach trip

At the end of February we headed down to Blue Mountain Beach with Nolen's family. This is the third year we have been doing this family beach trip. {Sallie's first!} We missed being able to spend it with Nolen's brothers {and family} though!

The weather was less than spectacular, and Nolen's parents were sick... BUT we made the most of it!

I didn't take near as many pictures as I usually do {my hands are all tied up these days!} ;-), but here are some moments that I did get to capture.

Libby was SO excited to finally get to the beach! {and miss a few days of school!}

We so enjoyed getting away for a few days! 

Traveling with a 5 week old wasn't bad at all. Sallie was awesome in the car, so that made it super easy!{Thank goodness for portable pumps! :-)}

My car was insanely tight though with everything we had to pack. 

We definitely used EVERY inch of space.

{I could have lightened the load by packing Libby one shirt, 2 pair of pants, undies and she would have been GOOD.} as you can see in the pictures! :)

Maybe next year everything will be BETTER all around {health and weather!}
